Last week of the year!

On Sunday I got to go up to Ogden to play with grandma and grandpa. It was so much fun! Liz was visiting too, I got to sing and dance with her. I gave great-grandma lots of kisses. I spent a couple of days up in Ogden, but then it was time to get back to work. Yeah that's right, I'm working on New Year's Eve. A baby like me should be partying it up, don't worry I've got an after midnight party planned, don't tell mom or dad though! 

Baby Oh Baby!

Sorry it's been a while since I have written. I was upset when mommy and daddy told me I was going to have a little brother!!!! But now I'm pretty excited to have a wrestling partner in a couple of months. 

Christmas was lots of fun. I liked opening other people's presents. I got a ton of toys... a guitar and some drums, a covered wagon, a snowsuit, a laptop for my blogging, and some pretty cool fish. I got a lot of new clothes, most of them fit. For Christmas I even started getting my two front teeth!!! I have four new teeth coming in on top.  

Go Jazz!

I got to go to my very first Jazz game. The first quarter was too loud .l9.j/oµ[[;]]]]]]]]]]]\ for me I cried. I got used to the crazy people and made it through the second and third quarter. Then my favorite player, D-Will alley-ooped it off the backboard to Miles, the crowd went nuts.

I cried and fell asleep I was done with the craziness. The Jazz won by thirty.

Check Me Out!

So there has been a lot going on in my life lately.  Now that I am working at my new job with mom and dad I don't have a lot of time to update my blog.  As you can tell I am pretty tired!

I did get some new church clothes! I look great in them. I need a stick, because I am going to have to beat the ladies off with something. 

One of my new favorite things is playing with all the DVD's we have.  Jackson taught me this one!
Mom bought me a toothbrush and has been making me brush my teeth.  I am getting good at it.
Tonight Dad was eating Oreo's, he was watching TV and not me, I grabbed one of his cookies and at it as fast as I could.  It was so good.  I gotta get me some more of them.

Candy Candy Candy!!!

I love Halloween!!!  Mom and Dad took trick or treating, it was great.  They dressed me up in my dinosaur costume and took me around to all these houses.  They would leave me on the door and then people would come and put candy in my pumpkin.  It was a blast.  I am going to make them take me again this week.  The best part was at the end when they gave me a sucker to suck on.  Oh man, was it good.  I can't wait to go again.

Carving Pumpkins

Who would have known that Halloween is such a big deal... I have been running around all month getting ready for it.  I have tried on about a million costumes,  I have been dragged to the pumpkin patches, Mom and Dad even made me carve my own pumpkin.  That was actually pretty fun.  But then they kept sticking me in theirs.  Man, life sure is hard for an 8 month old.  But I am pretty excited for this trick-or-treating thing!

Walking Man

They finally caught me walking on video! I've learned that I don't need to walk, I can just crawl to get to what I want. It's just a little bit faster and not as scary to crawl. 

Phelps in Training

Today was my first day of swim lessons. My favorite part was jumping into the pool. They wanted me to blow bubbles in the water, but that's not my style. It was so much fun splashing dad in the water. 

After swimming, I went to Great Grandma's to play. 

I found some angels that I wanted to try breaking. 

I even got to hang out with Grandma. 

Then it was time for a night out on the town. We tried going to the Cheesecake Factory, but I was not about to wait for two hours. So we got some pizza and went to grandma's. 

Life is Busy

Sorry it has been so long since I wrote last.  Life as a 6 month old is just crazy.  I have been so busy lately.  Mommy and Daddy were getting sick of me and left me at Grandma's up in Odgen for a few days.  I had lots of fun playing with Grandma and Titi Lili.  Then a few weeks later they left me at my other grandmas house.  I got to make jam with her.  And now Daddy has started school and his other job, so I don't get to see him as much, but it's ok, I get to play with mom all day.

So I got a tooth a week ago and I already bit my tongue. Teeth are wild! I mastered my walker. Today I ran mom over to get into the kitchen so I could play with the trash can. I couldn't really reach anything good. 

I am getting pretty good at this walking thing too.  I am able to take a few steps every once in a while.  I is pretty fun.  

Today I learned how to spit bubbles, I am spraying dad every chance I get.  I tried to get me back a few times, but he's got nothing on me.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot, I start swimming lessons this week.  If anyone wants to come and watch they are every Saturday at 9:40.  

Watch Me Grow

Today was my six month check up. My doctor tells me I am doing everything a nine month old should be doing. She doesn't trust me, she thinks I am going to get into everything, so mommy and daddy have to baby proof the house.  I weigh 17 pounds 9 ounces and I'm 28" tall. I thought Shannon the nurse was nice, but then she held me down and gave me shots in both legs. She made me cry.

Rocket Man

Life as a five and a half month old is kind of busy. Let me give you a run down of my day so far. 

7:00 am Wake up and play with daddy

8:00 am Wake mommy up and eat a couple of spoonfuls or rice

9:00 am Some sit up playing time

9:30 am Took my morning nap

11:00 am Wake up, drink some milk and get 

to playing again

12:00 pm Eat a whole jar of bananas 

12:15 pm Spit up some bananas (so I could taste them again)

12:30 pm Play on my rocket

12:45 pm take some time out of my busy schedule to write a blog

Big Kid

So I am getting to be a pretty big kid now.  I really don't want help from anybody.  I want to play in the bath tub all alone, I like to jump on the tramp by myself, I don't even want any help when I am drinking my bottle. 

Me and Cuz

I got to hang out with my little Cuz, Rawley, all weekend long.  I am just a few weeks older than him, but he has me by a few pounds.  I still think I can beat him up though.  We had a blast together.  We played a little bit at Lacie's wedding, we wrestled on Thursday night, and then our Dads went golfing on Friday and we got to go shopping with the Moms and Grandmas.  I can't wait to play with him again.

Yesterday Lacie and Steve got married, there was a great big party and I got to wear a tux. It was hot in that tux and I was so tired.  I had tons of fun though. I got to sleep on Great Grandma Purser and dance with my dad. I also watched the family dance to Thriller. 

My trip to Ogden

Today I went to Ogden to visit my family. I got to see Grandpa, Grandma, Lili, Great Grandma, Great Grandpa, and Titi Carmen and Cheo. I watched Kiwi play with Grandpa. Daddy was a little afraid of her. I ate some yummy barley cereal. Grandpa had a flag outside, it was fun to watch.








I had lots of fun playing guitar with Great Grandpa and Cheo; it's my new hobby.

My Madi

Tonight Aunt Lacie went through the temple for the first time, so with mommy and daddy gone I was able to hang out with my Madi. I think I was a little mean in the beginning, but we had so much fun, she took me outside to play, she let me play in the tub, and she even gave me a bottle.

Go Bees!

I might only be five months old but, I've done a lot already. I went to my first baseball game a couple of weeks ago. It was lots of fun. I got to meet Bumble the bee. I loved being outside and singing "Take Me Out To The Ball Game". I ate a whole snow cone...yummy!

Just Getting Started

I just turned 5 months on Tuesday, so I thought it was about time to join in on the fun and let my fans know how I'm doing. I'm sitting up on my own. Some of my favorites are Pears, Apples, Sweet Potatoes and Butternut Squash, but nothing is as good as Otter Pops and Snow Cones. I tried peas this morning...I don't like those.
